Warehouse Supervisor - Overnight

Role Overview: This position supervises daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, selection, loading, and storage, ensuring productivity, accuracy, safety, and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Oversee and assign work to warehouse staff, monitor KPIs, and ensure safe, clean, and compliant work environment. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues promptly. Lead training initiatives, conduct pre-shift meetings, and communicate updates effectively. Manage staffing, performance, and development of team members, and assist with labor and safety procedures. Ensure equipment maintenance, safety compliance, and report injuries or issues. Develop departmental goals, monitor progress, and control labor costs. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent; three years warehouse experience preferred, with at least one year in a supervisory role. Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to multi-task, work flexible hours, and lead teams effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and Warehouse Management Systems. Physical & Other Requirements: Must frequently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 75 pounds with assistance, and work in a warehouse environment with variable temperature and noise levels.
