ndustry regulations. The Warehouse Supervisor will work closely with Quality Control and other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and will manage a team of warehouse staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all warehouse activities related to the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods, including managing inventory, maintaining records, and ensuring accurate tracking of products.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all warehouse employees.
• Develop and implement processes to ensure efficient and effective warehouse operations, including the use of technology and automation where possible.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff on proper procedures, safety protocols, and other best practices.
• Collaborate with Quality Control and other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and manage any product recalls or quality issues that may arise.
• Manage the performance of warehouse staff and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities, including inventory counts, shipping and receiving logs, and other key metrics.
• Continuously evaluate warehouse operations and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a degree or certification in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in warehouse management, with a demonstrated ability to manage and train a team of warehouse staff.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred, with a knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and other industry regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with other departments and external partners.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficient in the use of warehouse management software and other relevant technology.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
