Warehouse Supervisor/Manager

Duties Supervise and coordinate all warehouse distribution activities, including shipping, receiving, and materials handling Lead and manage warehouse staff, fostering a positive team environment while ensuring high performance standards Oversee inventory control using advanced inventory management systems and RF scanners to maintain accuracy and accountability Implement process improvements utilizing lean management principles to optimize workflow and reduce waste Operate and oversee the use of material handling equipment such as forklifts, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed Collaborate with logistics providers and 3PL partners to coordinate distribution center operations efficiently Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards across all warehouse activities Manage warehouse management system (WMS) to track inventory levels, shipments, and order fulfillment with precision Conduct regular audits of inventory and warehouse processes to identify areas for enhancement Facilitate shipping & receiving operations, ensuring timely dispatches and arrivals while maintaining quality standards Skills Extensive experience in warehouse management, including distribution center operations and e-commerce logistics Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and RF scanner technology Proven leadership skills with team management experience and excellent managerial communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for reporting, planning, and communication purposes Ability to operate heavy lifting equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Expertise in process improvement methodologies such as lean management to streamline workflows Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations, materials handling best practices, and shipping & receiving procedures Experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and managing complex distribution networks Skilled in managing warehouse operations involving heavy lifting, materials handling, and forklift operation Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and documentation Embark on a rewarding journey where your leadership fuels operational excellence!
