Warehouse Supervisor / Lead – Tinned Fish & Seafood

Location: Brooklyn, NY Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 AM–2:00 PM, with some flexibility Pay: Starting at $20/hour, depending on experience About the Position We are a growing company specializing in the import, distribution, and sale of tinned fish and seafood products. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor / Lead to help manage our daily warehouse operations. Responsibilities Manage and organize daily warehouse operations Receive, organize, and prepare shipments Load and unload boxes and merchandise Pick and pack customer orders Maintain accurate inventory and stock levels Perform inventory counts and identify discrepancies Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe Coordinate tasks and lead by example Work closely with management on inventory and logistics Requirements Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience Experience with inventory control and stock management Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Comfortable with physical work and lifting/moving boxes Reliable, organized, and able to work independently Basic computer skills Food distribution experience is a plus Fluent English and Spanish preferred, but not required What We Offer Starting at $20/hour, depending on experience Approximately 30 hours per week Flexible daytime schedule Opportunity for growth and increased responsibility We are looking for someone dependable and proactive who is willing to take ownership of the warehouse and be hands-on when needed.
