Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate daily assigned activities
• Oversee receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and returns
• Plan staffing, assign tasks, and monitor productivity
• Investigate discrepancies, errors, damaged goods, and variances
• Maintain accurate records using WMS, ERP, and Excel
Requirements:
• Two or more years of warehouse experience
• One or more years of supervisory experience preferred
• Experience in inbound, outbound, or inventory control
• WMS, ERP, scanning, or warehouse data systems experience preferred
• Ability to perform warehouse-related physical tasks as needed
