Warehouse Supervisor/Forklift Operator

Position: Warehouse Supervisor We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to support daily warehouse operations, inventory management, including receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and preparing orders for delivery or customer pickup. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety conscious, comfortable using computers, and experienced with data entry, inventory systems, email, and basic office software. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff and daily workflow. Prepare orders for delivery or customer pickup, including picking, packing, labeling, and loading. Receive, inspect, label, and properly store incoming materials and warehouse stock. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory counts and audits. Report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, or other issues to management. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and loading area. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and properly. Perform routine inspections and basic preventive maintenance of warehouse equipment. Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and other departments. Ensure staff follow company procedures, safety requirements, and quality service standards. Perform other warehouse duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Previous warehouse experience required; supervisory or team-lead experience preferred. Strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and leadership. Ability to supervise, train, and work effectively with warehouse staff. Forklift certification preferred Ability to safely lift, move, and handle heavy materials. Good organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy with inventory and orders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with inventory software or warehouse management systems is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
