Warehouse Supervisor

Experienced Warehouse Supervisor Ready to lead a busy warehouse operation and make an impact every day? We are a growing 50,000-square-foot branding, fulfillment, and light assembly operation specializing in private-branded welding hardgoods. We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day warehouse operations and help ensure our customers receive complete, accurate, and on-time shipments. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for coordinating multiple departments, managing outbound shipments, and working closely with department team leads to keep orders moving efficiently through the facility. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations across multiple departments Lead and coordinate a team of 40+ employees and department team leads Manage outbound shipping priorities and schedules Coordinate workflow between branding, assembly, fulfillment, and shipping departments Ensure customer orders are complete, accurate, and shipped on time Monitor workloads and adjust labor and priorities as needed to meet deadlines Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to resolve issues and prevent shipping delays Maintain an organized, efficient, and safety-conscious warehouse environment Qualifications Previous warehouse supervision or operations leadership experience Proven ability to lead 40+ employees across multiple departments Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel Strong communication and leadership skills Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP is a plus Experience in fulfillment, light manufacturing, assembly, branding, or distribution environments is preferred Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Overtime opportunities are available.
