Warehouse Supervisor – Evening Shift

About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead evening warehouse operations and ensure efficient, organized, and productive workflows. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily activities, coordinating team efforts, and supporting all aspects of picking, packing, and loading. The ideal candidate will lead by example, drive operational efficiency, maintain high standards of accuracy and safety, and foster a positive, productive environment while supporting the growth and development of warehouse team members. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM, with occasional Saturday shifts depending on business demand. What You’ll Do Lead and monitor daily warehouse operations during your assigned shift Coordinate order fulfillment to ensure timely and accurate shipments Delegate tasks and adjust priorities based on workload Perform routine floor inspections and track operational progress Safely operate and oversee the use of propane forklifts Maintain inventory accuracy and quality control standards Communicate effectively with management regarding workflow or issues Support customer pickup requests when necessary Ensure the facility remains clean, organized, and secure Train and guide team members to improve performance and efficiency Assist with staffing needs, scheduling, and daily reporting What We’re Looking For 3+ years of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience Hands-on experience operating a sit-down forklift Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs Prior experience in loading operations or similar roles is a plus Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Requirements CDL license required (or ability to obtain) Forklift certification required Ability to read and communicate in English Willingness to work overtime if needed Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail Work Environment This role requires a mix of administrative responsibilities and active warehouse floor involvement.
