We are currently looking for a dependable and organized Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure smooth inventory management, order fulfillment, and safe transportation of materials. Job Description: As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing warehouse tasks, overseeing inventory control, ensuring safety standards, and coordinating shipments. You will work closely with upper management to develop policies, monitor performance, and maintain high standards of operation within the warehouse. Key Responsibilities: Manage incoming phone and email requests related to job-site orders Oversee multiple concurrent orders and tasks, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment Track inventory and equipment as they enter and exit the warehouse Conduct trailer inventory counts and manages proper stocking of items Ensure the safe handling, packing, and labeling of equipment and inventory for shipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse environment Safeguard tools and equipment while they are being shipped to job sites Collaborate with upper management to develop and enforce inventory control policies Communicate effectively with team members, ensuring instructions are followed clearly and accurately Qualifications: 2 + years of warehouse experience in a managerial capacity (preferred) 1 + year of forklift operation experience (preferred) Ability to pass drug screening, background checks, and Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) check Valid state driver’s license and a clean, safe driving record Proficient in basic computer tasks (email, Excel, web use) Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively Experienced in safely lifting and moving heavy objects, either independently or with a team Ability to safely transport materials using manual labor or equipment Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Basic math skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately (written and verbal) Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 60 lbs.) regularly and safely Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and conditions Ability to operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment as needed Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination required for packing and organizing inventory Ability to climb, crouch, and reach when needed to fulfill job tasks Additional Information: Must be able to work occasional weekends and on-call shifts as required/ needed 40-hour work week with potential overtime available, as approved by management Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour Work Location: In person
