  • Afternoon shift: Monday to Friday - 2:30pm to 11pm



‘What you’ll be responsible for each day:’

The Warehouse Supervisor plans, organizes, directs, and controls activities related to receiving, storage, product packaging, and order fulfillment.

More specifically, the incumbent will:

  • Ensure a safe work environment at all times by enforcing health and safety standards
  • Guarantee compliance with quality, sanitation, and food safety requirements
  • Lead daily operations to efficiently achieve production and performance targets
  • Drive team performance through coaching, support, and ongoing development
  • Oversee all distribution center activities, including hiring, training, maintenance, and committee participation
  • Ensure consistent application of the collective agreement
  • Engage and motivate teams by leading structured and dynamic start-of-shift meetings
  • Identify improvement opportunities and implement practical solutions while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment



‘The individual who will own this role’

  • Bachelor’s degree or DEC in operations management, logistics, administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in distribution within the food industry, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role (unionized environment is an asset)
  • An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is considered an asset
