As we scale our USDA-inspected Pennsgrove facility, we’re building the warehouse team and leadership that will carry us through our next stage of growth — and we’re looking for a Warehouse Supervisor who wants to build with us. The role The Warehouse Supervisor owns day-to-day warehouse operations — receiving, inventory management, picking, staging, and pack-out support — across our production shifts. This is a hands-on, floor-first leadership role for someone who leads by example, holds a team to a high standard, and is never satisfied leaving a process the way they found it. You’ll run the warehouse today and help design how it runs at twice the volume. What you’ll do Supervise, schedule, and develop the warehouse team; own attendance, performance, training, and a safe, accountable floor culture Own inventory accuracy — cycle counts, receiving verification, and transactional discipline in our WMS (lot tracking, receiving entries, adjustments) Own receiving at the dock: verify inbound product temperature, count, and condition against specification, with authority to reject what doesn’t meet standard Maintain cooler, freezer, and dry storage organization, FIFO/FEFO rotation, and the storage and racking layout Direct picking, pre-pick, and staging so the kitchen and pack-out run off prepared, accurate material Support pack-out and coordinate outbound staging with fulfillment schedules Enforce GMPs, attire standards, and food safety practices on the warehouse floor Track and report daily performance — receiving accuracy, cycle count variance, throughput, and Continuous improvement is the job We’re not looking for someone to simply keep the lights on. The best person for this role treats every recurring problem as something to fix and every metric as something to move — and does it by working across the building and through their team, not in a silo. You’ll be expected to: Partner across functions — kitchen, plating, purchasing, and fulfillment — so warehouse work is aligned with what production and shipping actually need, and problems get solved jointly rather than thrown over the wall Coach and develop the team to spot waste, flag issues early, and suggest improvements themselves — building a floor where continuous improvement is everyone’s habit, not just the supervisor’s Find and eliminate the bottlenecks that slow receiving, picking, and pack-out Bring ideas forward and act on them — you’ll have real ownership and the autonomy to make the operation better What we’re looking for 1–2+ years of warehouse experience, including time as a lead or supervisor Experience in food, cold storage, or distribution is a plus Comfortable using a WMS or inventory system for receiving and counts Organized and detail-oriented with counts and paperwork A team player who works well with kitchen, production, and shipping Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Forklift certification is a plus Where this role can go This is a build-and-grow role at the center of a scaling operation. As our volume increases, the warehouse organization will grow around this position — including additional supervisors and leads reporting into it — and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with it.
