Darwynn is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to assist the company with its ambitious growth objectives. Job description ```Duties``` - Oversee and manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products - Ensure efficient and accurate inventory management - Coordinate and schedule shipments and deliveries - Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations - Maintain a safe and clean work environment - Implement and enforce company policies and procedures - Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement ```Experience``` - Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or a similar role - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Windows-based software - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on findings - Experience with fabricating, packaging, and shipping materials/products - Proficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment - Excellent communication skills in English; - Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks as required We offer competitive pay and benefits package.
