Warehouse Supervisor (Bilingual in Mandarin required)

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Bilingual (English/Mandarin) Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations with enthusiasm and precision. In this vital role, you will oversee daily distribution activities, manage inventory control, and ensure the smooth flow of materials through our logistics network. This role involves not only supervising staff but also managing various distribution processes related to materials and equipment. Job Responsibilities: · Oversee the shipment, receipt and storage of goods, ensuring all goods are stored properly in an organized and efficient manner. · Coordinate the dispatch and delivery of goods, ensuring that goods are sent out on time and to the correct locations. · Implement operational policies and procedures to ensure effective performance and delivery of services. · Maintain and organize warehouse inventory to ensure ease of locating goods and efficiency of the warehouse. · Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff performance. · Ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to and enforced, including the proper use of equipment. · Oversee the maintenance of warehouse equipment and infrastructure. · Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to automate processes and increase efficiency. · Prepare and present reports on warehouse operations and efficiency to company leadership. · Perform other duties/tasks as assigned. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent · Minimum of 1 year warehouse experience required. Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar warehouse management role with demonstrated leadership skills. · Understand safety regulations, experience in operating a forklift preferred. · Bilingual (English/ Mandarin) is required to facilitate smooth communication with the team and clients. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office · Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively. · Good leadership and management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused.
