Warehouse Supervisor

Warehouse Associate | Hillman Flooring & Design | Sugar Hill, GA Hillman Flooring & Design has served custom home builders and homeowners across North Georgia for 35 years. We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team and keep our materials moving accurately and on time to job sites. What You’ll Do Receive, inspect, and check in incoming flooring shipments (carpet, hardwood, LVP, tile, and installation materials) Organize and maintain inventory so materials are easy to find and properly stored Pull, stage, and load materials for installation crews based on daily work orders Cut carpet and pad to size as needed Operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment safely Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe Communicate with the operations team about shortages, damaged goods, or delivery issues Make deliveries to job sites, if needed. What We’re Looking For Bilingual in English and Spanish Previous warehouse, distribution, or construction materials experience preferred Forklift experience preferred Ability to lift 75+ lbs regularly and handle heavy boxed flooring & material Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow work orders accurately Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Valid driver's license Flooring industry experience is a plus Schedule & Pay Full time, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM Full time salary based on experience Benefits Medical Coverage Starting 10 days PTO and holidays off.
