Description

As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee the management and organization of storage facilities on the construction site. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining inventory, ensuring the proper storage of materials and equipment, and coordinating with other logistics team members to support construction activities across multiple locations. 



Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of all materials and equipment stored on-site, including tracking inventory levels and updating inventory management systems.
  • Ensure that all materials and equipment are stored in an organized and accessible manner, following best practices for safety and efficiency.
  • Oversee the receiving of deliveries and the dispatching of materials and equipment to various construction sites as needed.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols for storage areas to prevent accidents and ensure the safe handling of materials.
  • Inspect materials and equipment upon arrival to ensure they meet quality standards and report any discrepancies or damages.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all storage activities, including receipts, dispatches, and inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues related to storage or inventory.
  • Work closely with construction teams to understand materials needs and ensure timely provision and support.
  • Manage and supervise a team and promote a learning and growth culture.  


Qualifications
  • Preferred bachelor’s degree in Logistic, Supply Chain Management or a related field. Relevant experience may offset educational requirements.
  • 5-10 years of proven experience in inventory management or a related field, in large and complex construction project/ industrial project/ logistic project.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple locations and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
