Warehouse Supervisor

About Us Mitchell'sNY is a family-owned logistics company that has served New York City since 1946. From our Long Island City warehouse, we run beverage distribution and logistics operations across the metro area with our own fleet of trucks. The Role We're hiring a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to run daily floor operations. You'll lead the warehouse team through receiving, pick and pack, and outbound, keeping orders accurate, trucks loaded on time, and the building safe and organized. What You'll Do Supervise, schedule, and train warehouse associates Oversee inbound receiving: check deliveries against POs, inspect product, and put away inventory Manage pick and pack so orders are accurate and complete Coordinate outbound staging and truck loading to meet route departure times Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and resolving discrepancies Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Work with dispatch, drivers, and customer service to resolve order issues Track and report daily productivity, accuracy, and staffing needs Step in on the floor when needed What We're Looking For 3+ years of warehouse experience, including at least 1-2 years leading a team Experience with pick and pack, receiving, and shipping operations Beverage or food distribution experience is a plus Comfortable with inventory or warehouse management software and basic spreadsheets Forklift and pallet jack experience (certification a plus) Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for a full shift Reliable, organized, and a clear communicator Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Schedule Full-time, on-site, 5 days per week. Compensation and Benefits $65,000-$75,000 per year, based on experience.
