Warehouse Supervisor

Overview Fundelivered is hiring a full-time Warehouse Supervisor to lead our evening team! We’re a fast-growing mystery box company with a team of 35 and growing, and we’re looking for an energetic, detail-oriented leader to keep our evening operations running smoothly, safely and accurately. Starting pay is $24 an hour, with eligibility for a raise after a 60-day training period. The normal schedule is 12pm–8pm, Monday through Friday (40 hours per week), with flexibility to start at 1pm or 2pm and work until 10pm as needed. Your shift will overlap with our morning team, so you’ll help with a smooth handoff before leading the evening team. Responsibilities Supervise and support the evening warehouse team, providing clear direction, coaching and feedback to build a strong, high-performing team. Coordinate with the morning team during shift overlap to make sure priorities, progress and any issues carry over smoothly. Oversee picking, packing and shipping of orders to ensure accuracy and timely delivery. Manage incoming truckload deliveries, including receiving, sorting pallets and organizing product into packing bins. Keep the warehouse clean, organized and efficient, including proper storage of products and materials. Look for ways to improve processes and workflows to help the team work smarter and more efficiently. Train new team members on processes, quality standards and safety procedures. Enforce safety protocols and promote a culture of safety awareness on the team. Communicate with management on daily progress, staffing needs, inventory and any issues that come up. Requirements 1+ years of warehouse experience required. Previous supervisor or team lead experience preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate a team and resolve conflicts constructively. Organized, dependable and able to problem-solve on the spot in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable with basic computer tasks like email and spreadsheets for simple reporting. Able to stand, walk and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift. Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus. Flexible availability between 12pm and 10pm, Monday through Friday.
