Warehouse Supervisor – 1st Shift Madison, WI area | Full-time, onsite | $85,000–$90,000 & bonus About the opportunity Proven Process Group is partnering with a very desirable manufacturer on a search for a 1st Shift Warehouse Supervisor. This is a chance to lead a large, experienced team on day shift and help shape how materials move through a high-performing operation. What you'll do Lead a large team of forklift operators covering line replenishment, truck loading and unloading, and material transactions Keep production lines supplied so parts are where they need to be, when they're needed, with no line-down situations Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable for daily duties, safety, and accurate transactions Drive the use of warehouse and forklift fleet management systems and keep transactions accurate in the ERP Partner with leadership on changes to material handling strategy and process improvement Respond quickly to communication from production, leadership, and other shifts What we're looking for 3+ years of warehouse, materials, or logistics experience in manufacturing or distribution Experience supervising or leading teams. A direct, confident leadership style. You're comfortable holding people accountable and leading change with a seasoned team. Working knowledge of ERP and warehouse systems. SAP experience is a plus. Strong understanding of forklift operations and material handling safety Excellent communication and follow-through Compensation & benefits $85,000–$90,000 base salary Annual performance-based bonus program Year-end profit sharing Annual merit increases Comprehensive benefits package
