Warehouse Supervisor

Role Overview: The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, returns, order fulfillment, and managing controlled substances. They direct and motivate warehouse associates, ensure safety compliance, and monitor performance. The role involves coordinating workflow, implementing process improvements, and maintaining accurate records. They support team development through coaching and manage inventory accuracy, quality of packing, and timely delivery of merchandise. The supervisor also tracks attendance, manages overtime, and performs related duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills: Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of two years of related, progressively responsible work. Essential skills include effective communication, decision-making, basic math, analytical thinking, leadership, interpersonal skills, organizational ability, proficiency with computers (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel), and possibly operating a reach truck. Flexibility to work extended hours and participate in physical inventories is necessary. Key Responsibilities Manage warehouse staff, monitor performance, and enforce safety policies. Oversee receipt, inspection, and accurate documentation of inventory and shipments. Ensure proper packing, handling, and timely delivery of orders, including controlled substances. Maintain detailed records of inventory movements and shipments. Support continuous process improvements to enhance productivity and accuracy. Handle customer interactions for order or delivery issues as needed. Additional Information: This position is onsite in Lockbourne, OH, with a sign-on bonus.
