JOB TITLE: Outbound Warehouse Supervisor
DEPARTMENT: Warehouse Operations
LED BY: Warehouse Manager
FSLA STATUS: Non-Exempt
HOURS: FT; 40 hours/week, occasional overtime
POSITION SUMMARY
Supervise the outbound team in the day-to-day operation and function. The Warehouse Supervisor’s main task is to ensure the outbound teams are safely following all Warehouse policies and procedures while fulfilling orders, and to ensure that the material handler is replenishing all needed products for the order fulfillment specialists in an accurate and efficient manner. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for investigating shortages to agencies and audit pallets that are prepared and staged by the outbound team. The Warehouse Supervisor will acquire the working knowledge on how to create agency orders, register, pick, and post warehouse shipments and generate end of day reports, they also provides backup support to the Warehouse Manager as it relates to Outbound procedures.
