Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor Location: 12631 GA HWY, Darien, GA 31305 Employment Type: Full-Time Website: https://permacoldlogistics.com/ Job Summary PermaCold Logistics is looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our temperature-controlled warehouse facility. This role is responsible for supervising warehouse staff, coordinating shipping and receiving activities, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring safety and operational standards are met. The ideal candidate has prior warehouse leadership experience and is comfortable working in refrigerated or frozen environments. We are building a team focused on safety, efficiency, and reliability and are looking for individuals who take pride in their work. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping Lead, schedule, and train warehouse associates Ensure adherence to safety procedures and company policies Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with drivers and logistics partners Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse Enforce proper equipment usage and safety practices Assist with problem resolution related to inventory discrepancies or shipment issues Support continuous improvement in warehouse processes and efficiency Qualifications 3+ years of warehouse experience 1+ year of supervisory or team lead experience preferred Experience operating forklifts or material handling equipment preferred Ability to work in refrigerated or frozen environments for extended periods Strong communication and leadership skills Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand, walk, and work in cold environments for extended periods Comfortable operating warehouse equipment Benefits Competitive pay Opportunities for advancement Paid training Health Insurance, PTO Pay: $25.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
