Warehouse Supervisor Louise Kool & Galt / Bridges Canada Location: 2123 McCowan Road, Scarborough, Ontario M1S 3Y6 Salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year (depending on experience) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Work Location: In person Work Environment This position operates primarily in a warehouse environment and requires regular interaction with warehouse associates, management, and other operational teams. The Warehouse Supervisor is expected to balance hands-on operational support with team supervision, workflow coordination, and administrative responsibilities. Position Overview Reporting to the Purchasing and Distribution Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for coordinating daily warehouse activities, supervising employees, and ensuring the efficient management of receiving, order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory operations. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to managing priorities and solving problems. This position combines team supervision with hands-on involvement in the daily operations of the warehouse. Previous experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in a supervisory or team-lead role, with strong knowledge of warehouse operations, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and inventory management. Demonstrated ability to lead, organize, train, and motivate a warehouse team to meet operational goals and deadlines. Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management systems, warehouse management systems, or order processing software. Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment; valid certification or training where required.
