Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for accurate/efficient receiving, storing, and shipping of the materials of the division. This is accomplished by directing the activities of the warehouse workers and drivers to ensure that processes and safety protocols are being followed.

Responsibilities: 

• Supervision of warehouse workers and drivers
• Coordinate daily operations
• Prepare trucks for scheduled deliveries
• Shipping and receiving products & material 
• Storing, packing, monitoring inventory levels
• Conducting cycle counts
• Enforcing safety protocols & addressing hazards
• Fill orders in a timely & efficient manner
• Provide direction & delegating task
• Team building & treating everyone equally
• Prepare for yearly inventory 
• Coordinates all delivery vehicle maintenance
• Organizing, cleaning warehouse & materials

Skills/Abilities/Knowledge required: 

• Leadership skills
• Can work in a fast-paced environment 
• Organizational skills
• Forklift certified
• Warehouse leadership experience of at least 3 years
• Proficiency in Microsoft office (work/excel)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Problem solving skills
• Inventory control techniques
• Shipping & receiving techniques
• Customer service skills
• Time management skills
• OSHA safety knowledge
