Job Summary The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring inventory is accurately received, stored, and shipped in a timely manner. They lead and develop warehouse staff, enforce safety standards, and maintain efficient workflows to meet operational goals. The role also involves monitoring inventory accuracy, resolving issues, and coordinating with other departments to support customer and business requirements. Reports To Inventory Manager Duties & Responsibilities Receiving, storage, inventory control, order picking, packing, and shipping activities to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse staff while promoting a safe, productive, and team-oriented work environment. Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory records and minimize stock variances. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards, including proper handling of materials and equipment. Coordinate with transportation, purchasing, and customer service teams to meet delivery schedules, resolve operational issues, and achieve performance goals. Ability to operate warehouse equipment and ensure proper equipment usage by team members. Capable of lifting, standing, walking, and working in a warehouse environment as required. Working knowledge of Microsoft suite of software products including Excel and Word. Education & Experience 3-5 Years leading a team. Certified forklift operator preferred.
