Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking an organized and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to oversee all aspects of warehouse operations. This role ensures smooth, efficient, and safe management of inventory, shipments, and personnel while meeting quality and delivery standards. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations in the warehouse Assign work schedules and manage timesheets for warehouse staff Prepare and manage outgoing shipment lists; coordinate with receiving personnel for incoming items Oversee proper sorting, labeling, and storage of all materials and products according to company standards Monitor delivery deadlines and ensure quality objectives are met Liaise with clients, suppliers, and transport companies to ensure smooth operations Operate and manage warehouse IT and mechanical systems Qualifications: Strong organizational and leadership skills Experience managing warehouse operations or logistics Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills Ability to manage teams and meet deadlines consistently Join our team and take ownership of warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and accuracy every day.
