Robert Half$90,000 Warehouse Manager - Food Manufacturing - Saint-Laurent (Onsite) We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations within a food manufacturing environment. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the successful candidate will lead the warehouse team, optimize inventory management, and ensure efficient receiving and shipping processes. Requirements 3+ years of warehouse management experience in food manufacturing. Experience with Sage 300 and warehouse/inventory management systems. Bilingual in English and French. Strong leadership, organizational skills, attention to detail, reliability, and initiative. Schedule: 40 hours per week, on-site, Monday to Friday. Monday to Thursday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.; Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Occasional Saturday inventory counts every 2–3 months, paid as overtime. Key Responsibilities Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, including receiving, shipping, and forklift operators. Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, inventory accuracy, and stock counts. Optimize warehouse layout, storage, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with Procurement to align inventory levels with production schedules and customer demand. Coordinate the inspection and maintenance of warehouse equipment, vehicles, and machinery. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Compensation & Benefits Salary of $80,000–$90,000, depending on experience. 3 weeks of vacation and 4 personal days.
