Warehouse Supervisor

Role: Warehouse Supervisor responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, staff management, and ensuring safety compliance at an onsite facility. Key Duties: Directs workflow, trains and monitors associates, manages receiving, shipping, returns, order picking, packing, and controlled substance recordkeeping. Ensures accurate documentation, maintains quality packing, and oversees inventory and delivery schedules. Supports safety policies and team development. Qualifications: Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of two years in a related, progressively responsible role. Skills needed include effective communication, decision-making, basic math, analytical thinking, leadership, interpersonal skills, and computer proficiency with Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. May require forklift operation proficiency. Additional Requirements: Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends and physical inventory, with a willingness to support emergency or urgent needs.
