The Warehouse Supervisor plays a key role in the branch’s success, ensuring the warehouse and tool crib operate safely, efficiently, and profitably. This role offers the chance to lead a talented team, drive continuous improvement, and make a real impact on operations while fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Location: Timmins, ON
Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 plus incentive and market premium of 4% per hour worked.
Shift: 7x7 rotation
What You’ll Do
- Oversee warehouse and tool crib operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and smooth processes.
- Manage inventory control, including documentation, product handling, and compliance.
- Lead, train, and mentor team members to build a skilled, safety-focused, and engaged workforce.
- Maintain a safe, positive work environment through inspections, corrective actions, and safety program involvement.
- Collaborate with other departments and contribute to projects that drive operational improvement.
What You Bring
- High School Diploma required; Journeyperson Parts and Materials Technician certification preferred.
- 3+ years of warehouse or logistics supervisory experience, ideally in a large industrial environment.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide, motivate, and support team members.
- Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills; ISO 9001 experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with Outlook, Windows, and inventory management systems; experience with eXtend or Houndware is an asset.
