We are looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing team. Position Overview: As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations. You’ll be actively involved on the warehouse floor while providing direction, coaching, and accountability to your team. You’ll play an important role in meeting shipping deadlines, maintaining quality standards, and creating a positive, productive work environment. Key Responsibilities: Supervise, support, and motivate a team of employees. Lead by example by working alongside the team. Assign daily tasks, communicate priorities, and ensure employees understand their responsibilities. Monitor attendance, productivity, work quality, and overall team performance. Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and training to help employees succeed. Foster a respectful, team-oriented environment built on communication, accountability, and collaboration. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Qualifications: Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Dependable with strong attendance Previous supervisory, team lead, or people-management experience preferred. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate, coach, and hold employees accountable. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage changing workloads, and meet deadlines. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
