Warehouse Supervisor

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. Pay: $30–$40 per hour About the Role We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and work alongside the team. This is not a desk job. You will direct warehouse personnel, coordinate daily priorities, and actively assist with loading and unloading trucks. The ideal candidate leads by example, communicates clearly, and keeps safety, accuracy, and efficiency at the forefront. Key Responsibilities Direct warehouse personnel, assign tasks, and coordinate daily workloads. Work alongside the team to load and unload trucks and move and organize materials. Coordinate shipping and receiving activities to support timely, accurate orders. Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and report damage or discrepancies. Maintain organized storage areas and accurate warehouse records. Train and guide team members on warehouse procedures and safe work practices. Maintain a clean, orderly work environment and reinforce safety requirements. Communicate operational issues and help resolve workflow challenges. Qualifications 3+ years of warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience 1+ years supervisory or team lead experience preferred. Minimum of 3 year of forklift operating experience required. Ability to give clear direction while actively participating in daily warehouse work. Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to safe material handling. Ability to perform hands-on warehouse duties, including loading and unloading trucks, with or without reasonable accommodation.
