Train, coach, and hold associates accountable to standard operating procedures, attendance, and productivity expectations. Partner with the Operations Manager on staffing needs, ensuring headcount aligns with volume and workload. Support continuous improvement projects on the floor (e.g., racking, layout, and space-utilization initiatives) to improve safety and efficiency. Maintain accurate paper-based and/or system records of inventory movement, escalating discrepancies as needed. Enforce facility policies, including monthly safety initiatives and company-wide programs, and communicate updates clearly to the team. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics, business, or related field preferred. 2+ years of warehouse or distribution center experience, including at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory capacity. Working knowledge of receiving, put-away, inventory control, and shipping processes in a distribution environment. Strong track record of promoting and enforcing workplace safety standards.
