Warehouse Supervisor

Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor (Bilingual – Spanish Required) We are seeking an experienced and driven Warehouse Supervisor to manage and coordinate daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating staff, managing inventory flow, and overseeing order fulfillment to ensure warehouse productivity, quality control, and on-time shipping targets are consistently achieved. Spanish fluency is required for this role. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily warehouse functions including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient and accurate logistics operations. Track and report key performance metrics related to warehouse activities and team performance. Manage inventory levels and ensure proper organization and labeling of storage areas. Verify shipment accuracy and ensure data integrity in inventory systems. Set clear performance expectations and provide coaching, training, and feedback to team members. Plan and assign workloads based on staffing levels and operational needs. Address customer inquiries and resolve delivery or order issues promptly. Maintain and analyze operational records to guide decision-making and process improvements. Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices for efficiency and safety. Collaborate with internal departments such as Purchasing, Sales, and Logistics to ensure workflow continuity. Requirements: Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar leadership position. Strong team leadership and communication skills. Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and take corrective actions. Detail-oriented with a hands-on approach to operational challenges. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Bilingual – Fluent in Spanish and English.
