Warehouse Supervisor – 3PL & Logistics | Otay Mesa

MC Warehouse & Logistics LLC is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for our facility located in Otay Mesa, San Diego. (English and Spanish versions below. We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor with hands-on experience in logistics and distribution operations to coordinate the daily activities of our Otay Mesa warehouse. Ideal Candidate Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations. At least 2 years of experience supervising employees. Experience with receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping. Experience in 3PL warehousing, cross-docking, or cross-border logistics is preferred. Ability to lead teams, assign tasks, and monitor productivity. Knowledge of shipping documentation, including BOLs, packing lists, receiving reports, and PODs. Proficiency with WMS platforms, inventory systems, scanners, and Microsoft Office. Ability to investigate inventory discrepancies, product damage, and shipping errors. Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and OSHA regulations. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred. Organized, dependable, punctual, and able to work with a sense of urgency. Availability to work overtime and weekends when operational needs require it. Forklift experience and/or certification. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily receiving and shipping operations. Assign tasks and coordinate warehouse personnel. Verify merchandise, quantities, labels, and documentation. Maintain inventory accuracy. Ensure customer appointments and delivery deadlines are met. Monitor team productivity, attendance, and performance. Investigate shortages, damages, and incorrect shipments. Train employees and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Coordinate with customers, carriers, and administrative departments. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
