Warehouse Supervisor – 3PL Logistics & Fulfillment Company: EXP Fulfillment Pay: $28/hour, increasing to $30/hour after a successful 6-month probationary period and performance evaluation Schedule: Monday–Friday, Morning Shift Overtime: As needed, when applicable Position Type: Full-Time, On-Site Job Description EXP Fulfillment is seeking an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor with strong leadership and management skills in a 3PL logistics and fulfillment environment. The ideal candidate will lead a warehouse team, oversee daily operations, and ensure all departments follow company standards and procedures. Responsibilities Supervise, manage, and motivate warehouse employees to meet daily operational goals. Oversee receiving, quality control, inventory, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and outbound operations. Be cross-trained in all warehouse departments to understand and enforce company standards. Ensure inventory accuracy, proper scanning, organization, and timely order completion. Monitor employee productivity, attendance, performance, and compliance with warehouse procedures. Ensure all orders are completed accurately and ready for scheduled pickups. Operate and oversee forklift operations as needed. Communicate operational issues, delays, and discrepancies to management promptly. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse. Ensure company procedures, customer requirements, and shipping deadlines are consistently met. Requirements Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within a 3PL, fulfillment, or logistics warehouse . Strong team management, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Forklift operating experience required. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, receiving, and shipping processes. Ability to manage multiple departments and prioritize daily workloads. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead by example. Willingness to be hands-on and cross-trained in all warehouse operations. Compensation & Evaluation Starting pay is $28 per hour . After successfully completing the 6-month probationary period, the employee will be evaluated based on leadership, performance, productivity, attendance, and overall contribution to the company. Eligible employees may receive an increase to $30 per hour following a successful evaluation.
