Warehouse Supervisor
Coastal Elite ProRole Overview: The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, returns, order picking, packing, and managing controlled substances. They are responsible for hiring, training, evaluating, and motivating associates to ensure efficient and accurate workflows while adhering to safety and DEA regulations. Key Responsibilities Directs and monitors associate performance, workflow, and productivity improvements. Ensures compliance with safety policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Supports staff development through coaching and training. Supervises receipt and verification of merchandise, maintaining accurate records. Oversees order fulfillment, shipping, and delivery documentation. Coordinates routing and delivery schedules, resolving customer issues when needed. Maintains detailed records of controlled substances and inventory accuracy. Manages team attendance, performance, and overtime, performing related duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, logistics, or related field. Minimum of two years of relevant, progressively responsible work experience. Effective communication, decision-making, and leadership skills. Basic math, analytical abilities, and proficiency with computer applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to foster teamwork. Physical capability to participate in inventory activities; forklift operation skills may be required. Additional Notes: The role involves extended hours, weekend on-call rotation, and participation in physical inventories as needed.
