Warehouse Supervisor

We are a leading B2B food wholesale company with multiple distribution centers across the United States. Headquartered in the U.S., we specialize in importing and wholesaling packaged food products. Our customers include supermarkets, food distributors, online retailers, and restaurants . Our 180,000 sq. ft. Manage, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure efficient, safe, and compliant operations. Plan and optimize delivery routes to improve transportation efficiency and reduce costs. Coordinate company trucks and third-party logistics (3PL) to ensure on-time deliveries. Streamline warehouse and logistics processes to improve overall operational efficiency. Monitor inventory to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies. Utilize Odoo Warehouse Management System (WMS) for inventory tracking, logistics scheduling, and operational records. Enforce OSHA safety standards and maintain a safe working environment. Conduct regular inspections of warehouse facilities and equipment; mechanical knowledge is a plus. Strong knowledge of inventory control, shipping & receiving processes, route planning, and logistics operations. Prior experience in food wholesale or B2B warehouse distribution is preferred. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (Odoo experience is a plus). Skilled and certified in safe forklift operation and other warehouse equipment. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong understanding and practical knowledge of OSHA safety standards. Mechanical maintenance knowledge is a plus. Ability to handle heavy lifting and work in a high-intensity warehouse environment.
