We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control, and team performance. In this critical leadership role, you will coordinate daily activities, drive safety and efficiency, and ensure our products move accurately and on time from production to our customers.

Your leadership will help strengthen teamwork, streamline workflows, and support continuous improvement throughout the warehouse.

As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will:

• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse employees, including shipping/receiving and forklift teams.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, logistics, transportation, and customer service activities.
• Manage the full order cycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality.
• Track inventory levels, delivery timelines, and warehouse efficiency.
• Organize warehouse layout and coordinate shipments.
• Resolve issues, delays, and customer concerns promptly.
• Maintain performance metrics and analyze data to support process improvements.
• Track and reconcile orders using barcodes and warehouse systems.
• Monitor detentions and ensure accurate shipping documentation.
• Report and coordinate forklift and pallet-jack maintenance needs.
• Conduct regular safety checks and support employee safety training.
• Oversee daily inventory postings and physical inventory processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety rules, and shipping regulations.

• High school diploma or GED (additional technical training is a plus).
• 10+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in warehouse or logistics.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to guide teams, hold others accountable, and model ethical conduct.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Travel:
Occasional travel may be required for training or site support.

This is an active role that involves standing, walking, bending, climbing, and lifting items over 50 pounds. Work may occur in changing temperatures and around moving equipment. Weekend or off-shift work may be required based on operational needs.
