Warehouse Supervisor

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our distribution center. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of warehouse management processes. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining safety standards, and driving continuous process improvements. Duties Oversee the activities of warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations. Implement and enforce safety protocols in compliance with OSHA regulations. Oversee shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Facilitate training and development for team members to enhance performance. Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment that promotes productivity. Utilize warehouse management systems, to ensure quality and timely shipments Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role within a distribution center. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse workforce. Familiarity with shipping, receiving, and logistics processes is essential. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Experience in process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency. Ability to work collaboratively across department to achieve organizational goals.
