Warehouse Supervisor Pay: $60,000–$62,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM Build Your Career in Intermodal Logistics RoadOne IntermodaLogistics is looking for an experienced, people-focused Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you’ll oversee daily warehouse operations while leading and developing associates to achieve strong results. You’ll help create a safe, positive, and productive work environment with a focus on safety, quality, productivity, attendance, and continuous improvement . This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, improving processes, and keeping operations running smoothly. What You’ll Do Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates while promoting a positive and accountable team culture. Assign daily work and monitor safety, attendance, quality, productivity, and process adherence. Coordinate new-hire training and ensure associates understand warehouse policies and procedures. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and provide coaching, feedback, and performance documentation when needed. Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, SOPs, and work instructions. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment. Monitor supplies and equipment to ensure the team has what it needs to meet operational demands. Ensure pre-shift equipment inspections are completed and communicate repair needs to leadership and vendors. Listen to and appropriately address associate questions and concerns. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. 2–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in a warehouse or distribution environment. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, develop, and hold employees accountable. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to make sound decisions and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills. Comfortable using data to monitor performance and support operational decisions.
