The Warehouse Supervisor is a full-time role based at the Richmond Production Facility. This position is responsible for leading the Warehouse team, IPT (interplant transfer tractor drivers), and a team of forklift operators, while working closely with Production and Distribution teams in a unionized environment. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Supervisor ensures that warehouse operations, tractor driver activities, and forklift support effectively meet the plant’s production requirements. Key responsibilities include overseeing staffing, training, and performance management, while promoting a strong safety culture through regular crew talks and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role is also accountable for monitoring key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement, maximizing asset utilization, and ensuring clear shift to shift communication. The Supervisor operates within the approved OPEX budget and must be flexible to work afternoon and night shifts, as well as be on call when required.
