Warehouse Supervisor Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and organized Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient material handling. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining safety standards within the warehouse environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and proficiency in material handling equipment operation. Duties Supervise daily warehouse activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations Oversee material handling processes, including the safe operation of material handling equipment such as forklifts Coordinate inventory management, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for all staff Monitor warehouse workflow and implement improvements to optimize productivity Train and support warehouse staff in proper procedures and equipment operation Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and report on operational performance Collaborate with other departments to meet logistical needs and deadlines Experience Proven experience in warehouse operations or supervision roles Strong knowledge of material handling equipment operation, including forklift certification Computer skills relevant to inventory management systems and warehouse software Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment This position offers an opportunity to lead a dynamic team within a growing organization.
