WAREHOUSE STOCKER | FULL-TIME

POSITION SUMMARY Stockers are responsible for receiving, verifying, stocking, rotating, replenishing, and maintaining inventory in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a physically demanding position that requires frequent movement, lifting, carrying, stacking, and handling of products throughout the workday. Stockers regularly operate stand-up forklifts (reach trucks), electric pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment while supporting inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, and overall operational efficiency. In addition to stocking responsibilities, team members actively participate in warehouse housekeeping activities, including breaking down boxes, maintaining organized warehouse locations, and supporting a clean and safe work environment. COMPENSATION Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour Bi-Weekly (every other Friday) payroll via Direct Deposit BENEFITS Health, Dental, Vision, Basic Life, Short/Long Term Disability, Paid Time Off (PTO), Holiday Pay 401(k) Retirement Plan, Company Profit Sharing SCHEDULE ON-SITE: Lyons Specialty Company Warehouse | Port Allen, Louisiana Full-Time | 5-Day Work Week | Monday – Friday Shift begins promptly at 5:00am Shift ends when daily operations are complete End Times typically range between 3:00pm - 5:00pm depending on inventory volume and operational requirements Scheduled workdays and hours may occasionally be adjusted due to holidays, weather events, customer demand, staffing needs, or other business requirements Employees may occasionally be required to support weekend warehouse activities or operational needs Reliable attendance on scheduled workdays is critical to supporting warehouse operations and customer deliveries ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Receive and unload incoming inventory shipments. Verify product quantities and inspect inventory for damage or defects. Accurately stock products in designated warehouse locations using scanners and handheld devices. Rotate inventory and maintain proper product placement. Restock inventory and replenish warehouse locations. Assist with inventory control activities and inventory accuracy efforts. Operate stand-up forklifts (reach trucks) and electric pallet jacks safely and efficiently. Maintain organized inventory locations and warehouse storage areas. Meet productivity, quality, and accuracy standards. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Break down boxes and assist with warehouse housekeeping activities. Participate in cleanup duties throughout the shift. Communicate inventory, product, or operational concerns to supervisors. Assist with other warehouse responsibilities and operational needs as assigned.
