Warehouse Station Lead Assistant

We are looking for a Warehouse Station Manager Assistant to support daily operations across multiple warehouse stations. In this role, you'll work alongside station managers, assist with daily tasks, and gain hands-on experience in different areas of the warehouse, including shipping, fulfillment, and inventory. This position is ideal for someone who is adaptable, enjoys learning new skills, and is comfortable taking on different responsibilities to help keep operations running smoothly. What We Offer $17.00/hour starting pay Free phone plan Free breakfast and lunch, Monday–Friday On-the-job training across multiple warehouse functions Opportunities to grow and take on additional responsibilities Responsibilities Support daily operations across different warehouse stations Pick, pack, and process orders using UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS systems Maintain accurate inventory and organized work areas Coordinate with Account Managers to help meet order deadlines Assist with forklift and pallet jack operations (training available) Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse Qualifications 1–2 years of warehouse experience Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Forklift experience preferred Familiarity with shipping and inventory systems Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
