We are seeking a Warehouse Specialist to join our Eagle Systems team at Ft. Polk, LA. The ideal candidate will:
- Issue, stores, inventories and perform location maintenance on all storage locations of ammunition and residue.
- Ensure that all Ammunition Items stored are sealed to prevent pilferage.
- Inspect vehicles.
- Conducts 100% location surveys and 100% inventories.
- Complies with published policy, procedures and regulatory guidance for the receipt, storage, issue, and disposition of ammunition.
- Complies with customer identification procedures.
- Performs accurate document editing procedures.
- Maintains and updates magazine data cards, ammunition store slips, storage plan-o-graphs and other related documents.
- Performs general housekeeping duties and maintenance of outside/inside the ASP.
- Loads / off loads vehicles and operates MHE up to 10K and other warehouse equipment.
- Participates in Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) and QA Programs.
- Mentors and assists with on-the-job training and cross-training.
- Trains, cross trains and attends training sessions as required.
- Complies with all Company rules, policies and procedures.
- Complies with all safety, environmental & quality standards & applicable COPs & DOPs.
- Provides for the accountability and proper care of all GFE / CFE.
- Favorably interacts with internal / external customers.
- Performs other related duties, as required.
