About the position In this position, you will support receiving, storage, inventory management, material movement, packaging, and shipping operations. You will also maintain accurate transaction records in logistics systems to support accountability and operational readiness. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, sort, and process incoming equipment, supplies, and material, reporting any shipping discrepancies. Execute inventory management, stock control, and property control, ensuring proper documentation of Material Release Orders (MROs) and Stock Transport Orders (STOs) Perform Care of Supplies in Storage (COSIS), shelf-life inspections, and proper staging or storage according to Army supply regulations and technical manuals. Access, download, and fulfill MROs/STOs to strict time standards (e.g., handling non-mission-capable supply [NMCS] and high-priority [IPG] items within designated 4-hour windows) Handle packaging, preservation, packing, and shipping of defense material. Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other MHE while complying with OSHA, Army, and local safety/HAZMAT standards. Minimum Qualifications/Requirements 5+ years of Army logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations experience (Army contractor or Supply Support Activity [SSA] background preferred). Active SECRET Clearance High school diploma or GED equivalent (logistics or supply coursework is a plus). Must have a valid state driver’s license Familiarity with Army supply systems (LMP, GCSS-ARMY), Microsoft Office/data entry tools, and safe MHE operations.
