Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: overseeing inventory control, managing deliveries, inspecting inventory, maintaining inventory records, delivering materials and equipment to technicians and ordering products. Responsibilities Monitor schedule for all jobs two days prior, pull/stage materials, and report status to managers Ensure all jobs scheduled for the next day have necessary materials and equipment are pulled and staged to exceed a 20-minute turnaround goal by Track and Verify all inventory/equipment that leaves the shop and yard has been properly recorded and placed according to job designation Report to management on process improvements Developing loss mitigation processes and protocols Training less experienced inventory workers Compiling inventory reports Address any problems, obstacles or challenges Forecast future inventory requirements Deliver equipment to job sites and assist on-site moving equipment as needed Document technician returned materials and restock them in the proper place List all overstocked/short items, facilitate returns, and report to managers Review, sort, and place stock orders Perform quarterly inventory count Maintain a clean and orderly shop and yard Assist Installers in loading and unloading vans Salary & benefits $28-$32/hourly Full time with overtime as necessary Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Eligible for HSA account Paid holidays, sick days, and vacation 401K Company Stock Options Requirements High School Diploma Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Excellent communication and customer service skills Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored visa sponsorship.
