About the Role The Warehouse Specialist will support daily warehouse functions including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory control. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, strong work ethic, and a hands-on attitude. You’ll work closely with warehouse leadership and cross-functional teams to help ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, and ship customer orders (B2B & B2C) Receive, inspect, and organize inbound shipments Maintain accurate inventory; assist with cycle counts and reconciliation Prepare pallets and shipments for LTL and international carriers Package products safely and efficiently Support equipment handling/forklift use Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Assist with RMA processing and product returns Follow order processing procedures and quality standards Communicate clearly and timely with co-workers via email and Teams Chat Assist with facility upkeep as needed What We’re Looking For 2+ years warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping experience Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment Familiarity with order processing systems or ERPs (QuickBooks, Acctivate, etc. a plus) Basic computer skills required Forklift experience/certification preferred (or willingness to train) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Team player with positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $23.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible spending account Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Application Question(s): Employment in this role is contingent upon successfully passing a background check.
