Warehouse Specialist – Cabinets & Countertops Division Company: CTW Design Center - Wisco Cabinets Division Location: Madison, WI Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary CTW Design Center is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to support our growing Cabinets & Countertops Division . This position is responsible for receiving, inspecting, organizing, and preparing cabinetry, countertops, and related materials for delivery and installation. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Receive, unload, inspect, and verify incoming cabinet, countertop, and accessory shipments. Accurately stage materials for scheduled deliveries and installation projects. Maintain organized warehouse inventory and storage areas. Load and secure products for transport while preventing damage. Conduct product inspections and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies. Assist with inventory counts and warehouse audits. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely. Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Assist customers and contractors with pickup orders when needed. Follow company procedures for material handling and documentation. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, or construction material handling experience preferred. Experience with cabinets, countertops, building materials, or home improvement products is a plus. Ability to operate forklifts or willingness to become certified. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order management. Reliable attendance and positive team-oriented attitude. Physical Requirements Frequently lift and carry up to 75 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift throughout the workday. Comfortable working in warehouse and outdoor loading environments. Ability to safely handle large, bulky, and fragile materials.
