BuzzClanUS – Warehouse Operator 2 Location: 600 Summit Drive, Burlington, MA 01803 Schedule: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Operator 2 to support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and laboratory supply operations. Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, and ship products using handheld devices, SAP, and FedEx Manager. Process daily Goods Issue (GI) transactions and manage inbound deliveries using SAP and Ariba. Receive and inspect raw materials, intercompany products, and semi-finished goods. Verify quantities, product conditions, vendor batches, and country of origin. Troubleshoot shipping and receiving discrepancies and track issues using Smartsheet. Maintain inventory levels, assist with cycle counts, and distribute materials to appropriate locations. Support laboratory supply storage, packaging activities, and shipping material replenishment. Maintain packing slips and other documentation according to SOPs. Required Skills Knowledge of SAP; experience with Ariba and FedEx Manager is beneficial. Experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, and inventory control. Strong attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Ability to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE. DOT/IATA certifications are preferred. Must complete pre-employment drug testing.
