Warehouse / Shop Associate

$20-25 hourly | 100% Company-Paid Medical | Owatonna, MN Wencl Plumbing is a locally owned plumbing and HVAC company that has served Owatonna and the surrounding communities for more than 45 years. We're looking for a dependable, hands-on Warehouse / Shop Associate to help keep our technicians and installation teams equipped, organized, and ready for the workday. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying busy, working with their hands, and supporting a team. Previous warehouse or trade experience is helpful, but we're willing to train someone with the right attitude and work ethic. What You'll Do: Assist with organizing and maintaining inventory for both plumbing and HVAC equipment and parts Help prepare materials and tools for plumbing and HVAC installations and service calls Ensure the shop area remains clean, organized, and safe for all staff Assist with loading and unloading supplies, materials, and equipment for jobs Track and maintain accurate records of shop inventory, equipment, and parts Assist with general shop maintenance and minor repairs as needed Support the team in other tasks as required to ensure efficient daily operations Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hourly, depending on experience Benefits: 100% employer-covered medical benefits , including plans for spouse and children Dental and vision insurance Retirement plan with up to 3% company match $10,000 life insurance policy 6 paid holidays Uniforms provided Annual events like our ice fishing trip, chili cookoff, and more!
